JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be brought to understand all the issues and problems of a growing company. The position reports to the director of the technical pole of FACTORY. You will benefit from a great deal of autonomy and responsibility in your daily work on exciting projects.

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS

– Professionalize and industrialize the feasibility process and the FACTORY site management method to ensure PERFECT DELIVERY.
– You are responsible for the construction projects entrusted to you from the design phase to acceptance.
– You ensure the assessment and prevention of technical hazards (risks of solidity, fire, disabled accessibility, etc.).
– Be the technical and regulatory referent with the ARCHITECT project pole from the Faisa phase to the final delivery.
– Define an efficient – readable – rigorous – information-oriented construction monitoring method and tools.
– Build the costing methodology for projects and major calls for tenders.
– Promote the continuous training of the archi pole in the rules in force and technical innovations of the market.

REQUIRED PROFILE

– A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of development project management.
– Mastery of large project production tools (Autocad, MS Project, etc…).
– Team spirit.
– Excellent interpersonal skills and customer satisfaction oriented.
– Adaptable, proactive.
– Organized, rigorous.
