Factory welcomes Charlotte Billot to strengthen our commitment to sustainability.

A dedicated intrapreneur, she brings 15 years of experience in responsible sourcing, circular economy, and sustainable innovation. Welcome aboard to help us build an ambitious, pragmatic… and measurable CSR strategy!

After starting her career in bartering, she founded UpTrade, a digital material library dedicated to fabric reuse in the fashion industry. For six years, she developed a hands-on approach to ecological transition, closely aligned with operational and business challenges.

She now supports Factory, sharing our entrepreneurial culture, in embedding sustainability at the very heart of our growth.

Her mission?

To structure Factory’s CSR strategy and lead our response to our clients’ sustainability expectations—whether or not they are subject to the CSRD.

Her strength?

A pragmatic and structured vision of ecological transition, combined with solid experience in project management, CSR data, and circular innovation—not to mention her energy and curiosity!

Factory is growing, regulations are becoming more complex, and so are our clients’ expectations. It's a fascinating challenge that calls for a clear and measurable roadmap. After completing our carbon footprint and supporting many clients in their own journeys, we’re now beginning in-depth work with Charlotte on our Ecovadis scorecard, double materiality matrix, and the formalization of our medium- and long-term commitments.
