At Factory, we design spaces that go beyond standards places to live and work where collective performance and individual fulfillment move forward together. Because every project is an opportunity to rethink our impact, we embrace a responsible approach built around three priorities: the environment, well-being, and performance.

Sustainable design and circular economy

We design spaces with a circular approach and a controlled environmental impact. Every material is carefully selected, with a preference for sustainable, recycled, reused, or bio-sourced resources. We give furniture and materials a second life by promoting reuse and prioritizing short supply chains. Eco-design is at the heart of our approach, with modular and adaptable spaces built to last.

From property sourcing to office delivery including design and site deconstruction, we highlight certifications and labels as well as the responsible commitment of each of our partners and suppliers. These initiatives are, in our view, essential to ensuring the well-being, awareness, comfort, and performance of the teams on site, whether they work for Factory or within the offices created by Factory.

Drawing on insights from neuroscience to create comfortable environments (light, noise, ergonomics, olfactory experience, soft mobility, spatial flow, etc.).

Partnerships

Working with partners selected for their geographical proximity, their working and sourcing methods, and their societal impact (local artisans, French or European suppliers, etc.).

Diversity and inclusion

Designing the right spaces means creating places that embrace and promote diversity and inclusion (disability, neurodiversity, etc.).

Knowledge sharing

Sharing our expertise through partnerships with associations or skills-based sponsorship initiatives, in order to build lasting relationships and strengthen our ability to foster a citizen-driven ecosystem.

We supported Oreima in obtaining BREEAM certification by prioritizing responsible materials. We co-developed an integrated CSR approach within each of our projects and proposed concrete actions.

Our ambition is clear: to design spaces that drive both business and society forward, without compromising on creativity.

Since its creation, Factory has invested in the continuous improvement of its methodologies with one objective: to design and deliver real estate spaces that generate value for businesses.

In 2025, we asked EcoVadis to evaluate Factory’s CSR performance after two years of concrete actions carried out alongside our clients, partners, and the GangFacto, aimed at reducing our environmental footprint and increasing the value of our spaces.

In partnership with the Ethiwork agency, with whom we are implementing a CSR management system, our project manager Charlotte Billot and the sustainability champions from each Factory department completed the EcoVadis questionnaire and gathered evidence of their committed actions.

We are proud to have obtained a score of 67/100, which corresponds to the Bronze Medal and places us in the 80th percentile of the EcoVadis CSR evaluation. Beyond the score and the medal, the EcoVadis assessment is a true indicator of the strengths and weaknesses of our CSR approach, and an accelerator of impactful projects for 2025–2026.
