I will go to work at... Malt.
June 12, 2024
Malt has moved into a new building in the 9th arrondissement of Paris to create a space better suited to its growth and its community of freelancers and employees.
The headquarters currently offers 8 floors and 3,000 square meters, with two floors sublet while awaiting future expansion. The spaces are designed to be flexible and reflect Malt's identity, with colors drawn from its brand guidelines. The company encourages open movement and collaboration by incorporating coworking areas, meeting rooms, and even a podcast studio.
A living space, the restaurant 'Malting Pot,' doubles as an event venue. For employee well-being, relaxation and meditation spaces have also been set up. The flex office concept has been adopted to ensure each area can be used for work purposes.
Lastly, outdoor and informal spaces encourage interaction and friendliness, and internal events are organized to strengthen team cohesion.
