Paolo brings 30 years of experience in architecture and design. He knows the landscape, the local challenges, and the dynamics of Italian workplaces and cities. He has led ambitious transformations, reimagined workspaces, and delivered projects deeply rooted in the reality on the ground. Most importantly, he possesses a rare ability: to see the big picture without losing sight of the details. That’s what made us want to build with him.
