Elise Guiavarch joins Factory as Project Director in the Workplace Strategy team.

We are pleased to introduce Elise Guiavarch, who recently joined us as Project Director in the Workplace Strategy team.

Her mission? To enrich Factory's capabilities by integrating a holistic, multidimensional approach to the HR employee experience in order to design layouts and a work environment that take into account the values, culture of the professions, and the needs of the collaborators.

Her strength? Elise is adept at listening to and guiding key individuals in a company, from the Executive Committee to the employee level, so that they can clearly articulate (and collectively!) their ambitions and translate these ambitions into spatial organization and employee experience.

Her best asset? Her background in Organizational Sociology at Sciences Po Paris, complemented by her experience in HR and her penchant for participatory methodologies.

Her journey? With 20 years of experience, she spent 6 years at JLL and achieved notable successes, including consolidating all Parisian headquarters of MACIF and Aéma Groupe in the KEIKO tower in Issy les Moulineaux, formalizing the specifications during the creation of the new Sciences Po campus at Artillery, and conducting a user assessment one year after L'Oréal moved into its new headquarters on Quai de Seine.
