Living at work: the philosophy of the Common Pot
Factory designed the Le Pot Commun premises based on the primary philosophy: “Let’s live at work”. To do this, the completely redesigned spaces allow employees to work in a more collaborative manner while feeling at home, in a friendly atmosphere. The flex office therefore integrates with the premises to make the offices suitable for different uses. Thus, formal meetings can take place in their dedicated spaces, as can group projects for example, which are more informal.
