Your main missions
You will be in charge of the identified projects:
- The conquest of new customers
- Accompanying them in the qualification and validation of their real estate needs,
- Prospecting the target real estate market in order to identify all potential sites,
- Analysis and comparison of the selected sites, on the financial, calendar and architectural aspects (with the support of our architecture department),
- Defining a negotiation strategy and carrying out the required actions in view of the lease or acquisition / or renegotiation
Profile required
- 5 years of higher education (Business School, Engineering School, M2 Real Estate)
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the real estate world (brokerage, development, consulting, office operator)
- You are motivated, autonomous and have excellent customer relations
- You have the commercial fibre and you like to convince
- You are autonomous in the production of real estate mission (research and negotiation)
